Demo limitations?

Alright, here's a simple question: what are the limitations of running Vegas 3.0 in demo mode? I just purchased a packaged upgrade to 2.0, and I'd like to use it between now and Dec. 15 when it ships, since the beta expires in a couple days. Also, is Video Capture 3.0 available for download?

I posted yesterday following my conversation with Sonic Foundry: The Beta version will in fact expire at the end of November. But, I was told by customer service to download the demo again the day before it expires and it would run for an additional one week period...and hopefully the boxed version will show up by that time.
