Details of trimmed Media

Is there an option to see how much has been trimmed of from the original media of an trimmed event on the timeline? Wow, I would like to know how many frames has been trimmed off from an event on the timeline. Reopening it in the trimmer shows only the already trimmed event not the part of the original media.

Just found the answer by myself. Just doubleclick the trimmed event on the time line, then right click and open in trimmer. Trimmer window shows the details of in/out point and length.

There's another way: Happy Otter Script Info Bar ("OtterInfoBar").

There are Event Head and Event Tail info boxes which permanently display the offset frame amount from source clip start to event start and event end to source clip end.

Edit:
Sorry, that one is for Vegas Pro only.

Thanks for the tip Marco, but if possible I prefer to use the options Vegas or Movie Studio offer.
