Device drop down menu not showing my burner

My project is prepared and ready to burn. However, my external burner is not being shown. The only option DVD Architect is giving me is ISO Image Writer as a Device. There is no other choice in the drop down menu. I have an I/O Magic External DVD ReWritable Drive Dual Format Double Layer. How can I burn onto the disc in this drive?? The computer found the hardware but Architect did not.

DVDA and DVDAS are well known for not recognizing some burners. First make sure you are running the latest version of DVDA or DVDAS. Second, consider using something like Nero to do your burning.

I decided to use Nero. However, when my project played there was no audio. Is that normal? If not, how do I fix that so I can burn my project?
