Device Explorer - No Device Connected - error!

Help, just upgraded to 11/322 & when I plug in my HDR-TD10E via USB my PC recognises it & I can see files in Windows Explorer, but when I go to Device Explorer in Vegas & click Device Manager, it doesn't show anything & says "No Device Connected". Is this another bug? Same problem in 11/295. How can I get my AVCHD files in to Vegas to edit?

Why if they're both Sony products don't they work?

I don't know what's going on but why don't you just use Windows Explorer to transfer your vid files from the cam to the PC? You don't necessarily have to do it in VMS.
