I think aomeone already mentioned a problem with DVD architect not seening DVD writer? However, I could not find a solution posted. I have Plextor 716A, and it works. I tried to do what is recommended in Sony knowledgebase - uncheck an option (don't remeber exactly at this point) in the menu in order to recognize the writer. The writer is still not recognized.
Sony support is in my experience so far non-existent (after filling out their support questionaire where I described the problem and my experience as having built my own computer, etc.) they asked me to look under the Device manager to see if the writer is present!
