I have a two monitor setup on a Win 10 machine running VP20 (same issue with VP19).

HD Laptop display will show full dialog box when I right click on a video without the need to scroll.

However, if I move the edit screen to the 4K (extended) monitor, it won't show the complete dialog box. See image.

This seems backwards to me. I have tried a few scale settings without good results. The 4K looks good when set to 150% scaling except for the short dialog box. If I set it to 100%, the dialog box is complete, but everything is too tiny.

Any other adjustments or tricks I should look into?
