Did some testing comparison on my two system.

I did some performance testing using Sony Benchmark project. This test I am using VP15.

My old system is Windows 10 Pro , I7 4930K 6 cores @4.5ghz 64GB DDR3 1866mhz R9 290X video card.

Render to Magix MP4 1080 30P take 1:35s GPU/CPU usage 70/100%

Render to Sony AVC MP4 1.02s GPU/CPU usage 79/83%

My new system is Windows 10 Pro, AMD 1950X 16 cores @ 4ghz 32GB DDR4 3200mhz, Vega 10 Frontier Edition video card. VP15 is not support my new card yet. I am rendering using CPU only and this monster beat the times for GPU/CPU combination.

Rendering to Magix MP4/Sony AVC both are under 60s. Needless to say, I am happily dig it. I just hoping future Vegas pro released will support my new video card. This will be even better.

Bruce, is the new Vega not supported for timeline acceleration or not for Sony AVC rendering?

OldSmoke. It is not support TL performance and or anything that Vegas do. I am using CPU only in Vegas.

Bruce, I thought the Vega is now supported in VP15 and also the blue skin tone issues was resolved?

I don't see any blue skin tone issue. No problem here.

Bruce, I think the blue skin was resolved with a new AMD driver but it’s rather sad that OpenCL isn’t even supported. I know VEC will take a while but OpenCL... come on people!
