Did you forget ACID?

Hi everibody,F.A.B. Speaking...

The new Vegas is a good program ,but maybe you forgot the ACID best options 'cos some of
them are disabled in Vegas. Why?

I'm talking about the easy way to drop the samples in ACID just pulling them on the track.

Furthermore..

*Is impossible to save or load a project in .ACD Format so it is impossible to use the songs we
made before within Vegas or mix'em with new sound in different format as .AIFF.

*Why don't add some MIDI features to Vegas to complete and enhance a project?

These are some of the things I thought using your program.Unfortunately I downloaded it just
4 days ago....
Some other will come....

bye F.A.B.

ACID and Vegas are really very different apps. The project files are just not
convertable at this time - mostly due to the different feature sets and
functions of the apps.

However, you can simply render out your ACID projects to multiple files and
then load these files into Vegas as seperate tracks. Better yet, just slave
ACID to Vegas or Vegas to ACID. If your machine has the horse power and RAM,
you can use Vegas for Tracking purposes and ACID as you loop sequencer. To
conserve CPU and RAM, you can render ACID to a single stereo track or the
series of Wave Files per track and use them in your Vegas project.

There are many different ways to use Vegas and ACID together. Tighter
integration will probably appear in future versions of both apps, but until
then there is a lot you can do.
