Difference between disc and download upgrade?

Anyone know what pieces (apps or add-ons) are missing (if any) from the download version compared to the disc version?

For example in the Production Suite, one gets...
VMSP10
DVDA5
Sound Forge Studio

Vocal eraser included?
Sound FX
NewBlue FX & Transitions
DVD Tutorial

Are these all downloadable? I think I read that the NewBlue FX/transitions, DVD Tut are. What about the Sound FX (weren't downloadable in V9 if I recall)? Anyone try to see if the vocal eraser gets downladed with SoundForge?

Lastly, are the sound effects in VMSP10 the same ones offered with VMSP9?

These are exactly my questions as well. I've downloaded the trial versions of the three programs that make the Production Suite. And no extras come with them. For me the decision what to buy depends largely on what those extras are, how they differ from what I got as VMS 9 Pro Pack.

This is what you can download:
VMSP10
DVDA5
Sound Forge Studio
Vocal eraser
NewBlue FX & Transitions
DVD Tutorials (approx. 1GB)
Soundtracks (approx. 1GB)

Only the 1001 sound effects are missing. I got this cd when I bought VMS6 boxed, and I can tell you it isn't a great miss.

Just bought the Platinum Suite upgrade as a download, and the 1001 Sound Effects are included too.
