You should really select the keying color using the eyedropper rather than using a built-in presets, numerous factors can make your greenscreen another color that the ones exposed in the presets.

I usually start with pure green, then place a magenta solid color on the lower track temporarily, then play with the sliders. If you use the same set up every time, including lighting etc. then you can make your own preset and only have to do minimal tweaking each time.
