Different framerates for blu-ray AVC

If I were to put different videos shot on different frame rates like having one be 1080p24fps and the other 1080i 60hz, would that work to have it on the same disc without lowering the bitrate? I remember doing that for MPEG-2 codec and I had to lower down the bitrate so the two could work but I'm wondering if that's the same case with AVC.

DVD Architect works best when the video you are loading into it uses the same resolution, format, frame rate and codec of your final DVD or BluRay.

I'd recommend loading your 1080p files into Vegas/Movie Studio and outputting each as a DVD or BluRay ready file at the same resolution and frame rate as your disc's properties.
