Different native language download?

How do I download Vegas with a different native language other than English?

I'm finishing up a plug-in (for After Effects) that allows one to input a Vegas EDL as a comp in After Effects and need to know if the EDL headers are localized.

I can nearly assure you that Vegas isn't localized. Unless it's spanish. I think that's it.
