Digi Beta Firewire issue

Does anyone know of a peice of kit that will enable me to play Digii Beta pictures, sound and timecode in and out of my PC (for editing on Vegas) via firewire without big compression?

Maybe this is something for you?
We use it at MTV for converting DV-material to and from Digi Beta..
