dimensions of single jpeg frames

Hi, I had my previous question answered about exporting single jpeg frames..sadly, When I viewed the image it was in the dimensions of the preview window, I need it to be in the dimensions of the final movie project. Is this possibe?

Change the preview to BEST - FULL. Then take the snapshot.
