DirectX Plug-ins

I just recently bought Vegas Pro 13 Suite and im trying to use the Noise Reduction 2.0 plug-in, but it asks me for a serial number that begins with 3L... i was never sent a serial beginning with that. I was assuming the plug-in came along with the $800 price tag.. am i wrong or did they just not send it? Not sure if im over looking somthing or not downloading the right thing but i cant find the serial number anywhere. Help would be much appreciated! I have two videos I have to get done within 5 days!

I FINALLY figured it out! They didn't send me the serial number I needed for the DirectX Plug-ins through Sony Vegas 13 Suite, but apparently when you download the Sound Forge Pro 11.0 Plug-ins and activate them with Sound Forge Pro 11.0 that came with Suite it also allows you to use the plug-ins for Sony Vegas 13 as well, even though the serial numbers for the same plug-ins are different.. At least that's what happened for me.. Kind of confusing but I thought I would leave this here for anyone having the same issue.
