Disable Auto Scene seperation during capture?

Is there a way to disable vegas 4 from creating seperate clips during a capture?

Go to FILE CAPTURE VIDEO OPTIONS PREFERENCES CAPTURE TAB ENABLE DV SCENE DETECTION.That should do it.
