Disabling Region Creation in Vegas 15

Peter-Locascio wrote on 6/8/2019, 11:52 AM

Many times while clicking above an event on the timeline, while trying to position the cursor, a region gets created inadvertently. I then have to get rid of it to continue editing. Is there a way to temporarily disable region creation, or is there a better way to move the cursor? I'm using Windows 10, an Intel 6700K processor, an Nvidia GTX 970 video card, and a Samsung 960 EVO SSD. Thanks.

Pressing I then O quickly gets rid of it each time.

You can also press "Q" to toggle looping on and off.
