Disappearing cursor in DVDAS

I recently upgraded from DVDAS 4.5 to DVDAS 5, via the VMS 10 upgrade route. I have noticed one minor fault and that is that the cursor disappears when resizing the timeline scroll slider. On DVDAS 4.5 the cursor became a double-headed arrow; on 5.0 it simply disappears.

Can anyone confirm it's not just my setup?

I think I know which tool you're describing -- but I've tried all of the timeline panel functions and I'm not seeing any issue like it.

I'm using XP. What's your operating system?

I'm seeing the same thing with DVDAS 5.0 on an XP Home SP3 PC.

I reported it to SCS. The reply was "I have forwarded the details of this issue to our development team, so they can look into resolving it for a future release of the program. Thank you for bringing this to our attention." Hopefully the fix will make it into the "a" patch.

As with any new release, little bugs like this should be reported to Tech Support.

Thank you both for the feedback. My system is running Vista HP, so it appears that the fault is probably not OS dependent.
