Am using DVDA v5
I have chose a theme.......the black one with the claperboard and edited the text. I have also brought in an ac3 file rendered out from VMSP11.
At this point the box situated bottom right of DVDA indicates that 84% of a 4.7GB disc has been used or, when I change the properties of that box, it indicates 4GB used.
Exploring the ac3 file indicates that it is 85MB in size and when right-clicking and deleting this file from DVDA the disc space used drops down to 9.2MB.
I'm at a bit of a loss here - how, when the ac3 file which is 85MB in size is left in situ, can it be that the disc space used indicated 4GB and when deleted drops down to 9.2MB. The figures just don't add up..........has anyone an explanation for this please?
I'm asking now because I'm just about to render out an mpeg2 video file from VMSP11 and dreading to think how this is going to affect the disc used box..........in all probability it looks like exceeding the 4.7GB capacity of a DVD if simply inserting an 85MB ac3 file takes it up to 4GB.
