distorting images

is there a way to distort images in vegas like i can in photoshop or in final cut...where you can show transform corner handles and warp an image and create different perspectives or fit an image into a design etc etc ??

i've used pan crop tool no prob ... but in terms of warping or distorting the image / shapes... is there a function that places transform handles that can be manipulated ? ...
