Distorting the video frame in an event

How do you distort/stretch/compress the video frame in an event - i.e. doing what you can do with track motion in an event - did I miss it somewhere?

You can do this per event with Pan/Crop by UNchecking Maintain Aspect Ratio. Just remember that the outline works the opposite way from track motion; reducing the width will stretch the picture horizontally rather than shrinking it.

I've always thought it would be very useful to have Event Motion in addition to Track Motion, and also Track Pan/Crop in addition to Event Pan/Crop.
