Encoding in Divx can be done in VideoFactory simply by installing the codec. When you render to AVI, you will see 2 Divx codecs, fast motion and slow motion.

Note that you must install DivX 3.11. I tried the newer OpenDivX 4.0 and VideoFactory will not recognize it.
