I have VV3 and Divx Pro, is there a plugin where I can convert my videos (avi) to Divx in the VV3 program?

You don't need a plug-in; simply select the DivX CODEC when you render.

Can I render to DivX in VV4? If so what do I need to get it to render as Divx?

If you have the DivX codec installed, you can select it when rendering. From the "Render As..." dialog, click on "Custom" and select the DivX codec from the Video Format drop-down on the Video tab.
