In my quest for the best way to deliver video for no money over the Internet, I have come to the conclusion that the DiVX Stage 6 site has the best quality of them all.
Here is the same video as done by Stage 6, Google & YouTube. I did multiple uploads to both Google Video and YouTube trying to tweak for the best possible quality and couldn't get any better than what you see.
Google Video would encode glitches into the video if I tried to upload a video with a high bitrate, and YouTube would take forever to load it and not look any better with the higher bitrates.
Stage 6 didn't recode my video, can handle 16:9 aspect ratio if you want to, and can go from 320x240 all the way up to 1080i! The only problem is that you have to download and install the free playback software.
