We're looking into the feasibility of launching Ultimate S for Vegas 4. Problem is, Vegas 4 has a very different scripting toolset than Vegas 5 does. There are some features that would be compromised, but Johnny is looking at methods of working around those.

But, Celluloid DOES work for Vegas 4, because it has no grouping feature requirement. Right now, Celluloid comes with ReekPak1 for 34.99 for Vegas 4.

Spot so Celluloid with reelpak can be used standalone without ultimate s? Thanks again for your response.

Yes, Celluloid was created specifically for those that don't have Ultimate S.
If you have Ultimate S, there is no real reason to own Celluloid, other than it's a really cool GUI that accomplishes some of the same tasks as Ultimate S.
