Ati graphics driver error. You likely need to either upgarde the graphics driver for your GPU or if it is already the latest down grade it to an earlier version.

Without that, making a viable "guess" is impossible. If you are using an AMD GPU, which one, and what is the driver. Heck, what is your OS?
