No. A Vegas Pro 19 licence only works for Vegas Pro 19.

VP 15 isn't sold new anymore. Perhaps you can find someone selling a license they no longer need anymore for 15.

You'll need to do an internet search on sites like eBay and Amazon etc to look for a seller wanting to sell their VP15 licence. But it's very much a case of caveat emptor (buyer beware). Scams/rip-offs/useless pirated serial numbers/etc are rife on the internet even on 'respected' websites like Amazon.
A better way would be to buy a VP15 licence from a trusted friend/relative/acquaintance who is wanting to sell their VP15 licence, but they'll need to initiate the transfer of licence ownership from them to you on MAGIX's website. And that's the same process should you buy from an unknown person/entity on the internet.

Mencari lisensi VP15, banyak resiko dapat lisensi palsu.
oh,ya, di versi terkini 19, ada 2 jenis lisensi ya, pertama beli sekali pakai selamanya (new license), serta versi langganan (subscription).
