Does Magix company really want to make money???

Hello

Mid september, I planned to upgrade from vegas 19 to vegas 23. I wanted to purchase it through my company but no way to pay without VAT (that is the rules inside EU). So I contacted the sales support and 6 days after it gave me an answer that didn't solve the issue unfortunately.

Getting no news from them during 2 weeks, I sent them back a message mentioning that I had the same issue 4 years ago and that everything was sorted out within a week!

I'm wondering what I should do to get the upgrade...

Having no idea of how you got things "sorted out" before, and what was sorted out, if you have a legal copy of Vegas, you can get the upgrade price.

Sadly, VAT is a fact of life here in the EU.

Hello, in B to B context between 2 company from different EU countries, we don't charge VAT
