Nothing springs to mind, that's pretty low res actually, well by video standards! What are you going to encode to? mpeg-1 is quite good at high bitrates and universally playable although I render out as DV first and then use TMPGEnc to encode (for mpeg-1 it's free). You other choice is WMV9, work sfine out of Vegas 4 or 5 or you can use WME which is also free from uSoft although it has more controls than a space shuttle.

Thanks. I'm just trying to figure out which format would be best for web videos. They need to be a format that most people can see, and I want them to look good, while having a small file size.
Windows Media and Quicktime are the generally preferred formats. If you stay with WinMedia 9, streams can be played on both Mac and PC's, and it's a much higher quality than either REAL or QT at low bitrates.
