Yes it does, I use it a lot. Just make sure you have really the latest version, there where some issues with earlier ones and VP13. To find it, I am not at my PC, you have to look through all the menus. It's no longer in the same place. I think it's under Tools>Extensions or so... Not at my PC right now.

Vegasaur works for me in VP13.

I own both but hardly ever use PA these days. Vegasaur is a more complete feature set and is still regularly updated.
