What Sonic Foundry products support the generation of an AC-3 soundtrack?

We are not currently manufacturing any products that will render out AC-3 files. We did have an application that would do this a while ago. It was called Soft Encode but it is no longer being manufactured. You may be able to find it for sale online. Good luck.
