No plugins exist for Dolby A noise reduction. You'll need a hardware unit, probably the Model 363. Check out www.dolby.com for more info.

You would think by now Dolby would have come up with a plugin but they haven't, possibly because they still sell the hardware version and it's still in current use in cinema systems for the linear tracks.
What you need is the Model 363 unit, make certain it does Dolby A and Dolby SR, there are some units out there that are only Dolby A.

There appear to be no plugins for Dobly NR. So I picked up a couple of 363's and 'plugin' cards for A and SR, for next to nothing $$$ !

I guess Dolby have a good legal department....
