Ok... Who noticed the double negative in the subject line?
I'm actually looking for a sound bite of static. Something free would be swell. I went to Sound Dogs and didn't find anything usable. Does anyone have a mp3 that is royalty free that they'd be willing to send me so I can use it on a local cable spot?
I have The General series of Sound Effects (40 CDs!!) and there wasn't a single hit there.
