Double system sound

I'm shooting double system with a video camera and a sound recorder. I am able to sync with a clapstick in the timeline, but I'm not sure how to save the video clip with the audio track. Any good tricks for syncing and saving from double system?

Yeah, for some reason I was having trouble with the rendered file. I'll work with it some more today.
