Gostaria de saber se tem como eu trocar minha versão Vegas pro 23 para alguma mais antiga que funcione no Windows 10

No, 23 works on Windows 10.

But for how long? I wouldn't install/use VP23 on a no longer supported OS. IMO always use recent hard AND software to get best performance.

It should work well for years to come if you have the "Extended Security Updates." I'd revisit this when drivers are no longer updated or released for 10 as VEGAS needs those to operate properly.
