You've posted this under the Vegas Movie Studio category so your Vegas Movie Studio version must be several years old because Vegas Movie Studio has been discontinued for some time.

Which version of Vegas Movie Studio are you attempting to install and have you had it successfully installed on another computer previously. If you've only recently acquired Vegas Movie Studio, where are you trying to download and install it from?
