Microsoft said this would not stop the installation of the software. It is very sad that Vegas doesn't support USA customers better, it takes at least 4 days to get a non-help response from Vegas technical department. If you look back through my emails you will see Vegas Pro Suite 22 was on my computer, but I was missing Mocha VEGAS (Boris FX) + SOUND FORGE Pro + ACID Pro + wizard FX Suite + Huge Content Pack and all I was asking for a complete package of Vegas Pro Suite 22 software. That would include all the additional software. But since it takes 4 to 5 days to get a respond from Vegas, I tried to do it myself and ran into a problem, so I uninstalled the software and when I used the new link to reinstall it that's when the problem came.
I don't get it; it is like the Vegas Technical department refuses to help me. The problem is not my computer, even though it's an old computer, Microsoft technician checked and rechecked that. Again, you need to fix the problem instead of putting it on my computer. I don't know who I'm talking to but I'm requesting to speak with a manager concerning this.
