Download question

I am currently away from home but would like to purchase the upgrade to Vegas 5 +DVD2. The only high speed access I have is through a Mac. I have my serial number, but will there be a problem downloading the new version to a Mac, saving the file to a CD or USB thumb drive, then transferring it to my laptop where I can register through dial-up? Also, how large is the download for V5+DVD2?

I can't imagine there being any problem at all.

Vegas 5 - 41.2MB
manual - 9.3MB
DVDA 2 - 29.7MB
manual - 1.9MB
Graffiti - 48MB
Pixelan demos - 6.2MB
Movielooks 1 - 1.5MB

A few other files of trifling size are also there. Grand total, about 140MB or so. You can probably use a 128MB thumb drive if you skip some of the extras.
