I am so frustrated! I have contacted support a dozen times. They responded ONCE with a response that was not a response to the issue. I have purchased and downloaded all of the files that was sent on the welcome email. However, they misspelled my email address so I can't get registered (changed it but they didn't accept it because it no longer matches the activation code). I have no executable file or any way to actually now OPEN the Vegas Pro. There's no phone number to call and, again, no one is responding. Is this a scam? Is anyone else using their software and what did you have to do to get it to open or register?
