Downloaderror please help

When downloading VV4 + DVDA an error occurd after downloading VV4 so I couldn´t download DVDA and manuals.I´ve got the order number and would like to know how I can get a new chance to download what I payed for.
Cannot find any advices on this issue at FAQ or elsewhere on SoFos´site.

I had to download 2 or 3 times due to dialup connection (kept getting cut off...) I just went back to the download page and started all over again: eventually had all files on PC with no problems...

Thanks PDB I´ve got my programs now !
returned to downloadpage and and clicked order status and then my order number
Have´nt get reg number by e-mail yet
