Dropouts when playing back

This is very strange, I just have audio trax on the TL and I am getting dropouts when I play the TL. If I stop the playback, it starts again after I stop and play again. Is there something I can do?

Try opening a new project, and bring in the .wav files again and see if it still does it. If so, it may be corrupt .wav or whatever format it is. Try a different .wav file also, to see if it (Vegas) consistantly has drop-outs. If other .wavs play ok, then the 1st file is probably corrupt.
