Dropped Frames

macker wrote on 4/7/2003, 2:49 PM
Have not been able to record a clip without "Dropped Frames".Running a Dell Dimension
2ghz, 768 ram, Orange Micro Firewire card, 7200RPM system drive & 7200RPM video drive, 128mb Video Card. Could a network card with Cable Modem cause this?? I would appreciate any advice that would help.
Tks,
John

I found if I turned off the Device Control all seemed well. If you set the maximum recording times in the preferences you can set the amount of capture time as well.
