Dropping FX On Events???

Can someone try this out?

1 - Start a new project, add a video track, and place an event in the track.
2 - Click in the event so that the vertical cursor line (or whatever it's called) is on the event.
3 - Drag a video FX onto the event, but stay away from the vertical cursor. This adds the FX onto the event like it did in Vegas 4.
4 - Now drag another video FX onto the event, but drop it on the vertical cursor. This adds the FX to the track, not the event.

If this is a feature, can I turn it off? If this is a bug, can Sony confirm?

Its nothing new, you must make sure the filters ALL are DROPPED within the event boundries, otherwise it will get added to the track.

You may think you dropped it on the cursor indictor but you really dropped right or left of the event.
