Can I capture + edit native DV codec from Sony DSRPDX10 in Vegas 4.
This camcorder is not in the compliant hardware list.

haven't tried a sony cam yet that didn't work with Vegas. Haven't tried this one however. I'm sure it will work fine.

Yes you can but you can't (at least I can't) capture sound in stereo with the build in stereo mic (the build in mic is stereo but the XLR is mono). You can, however, capture in stereo with Scenalyser. I have sent two test clips to Sonic and asked them to look into my problem with capturing in stereo. I'll report back when I hear from them.
