I think there are a few threads on this topic floating about the forum. Do a search and you'll likely find plenty of information.

Render to disk and then burn the two directories to your dual disk. If you have a dual layer DVD burner, the software that comes with it will work (I have the latest Toshiba 16X DVD+R, 12X - R, 5X DL and it comes with Nero 6.0).

Currently, Verbatim seem to be the most compatable medium, but they are running about $7.00 each in 5 packs.

Ulead DVD Workshop, DVD Studio Pro, REEL, Scenarist all work for creating dual layer. We use Workshop on the PC side and DVD Studio Pro on the Mac side. Both take Vegas-rendered MPEGs and AC3's with no problem. DVD Workshop does a good job, just NEVER encode with their horrible implementation of Main Concept.

Really there's no need to go out and spend major bucks on another authoring app - prepare the project with DVDA, then pick up a copy of CopyToDVD (cheap compared to an authoring app) and it will burn the prepared project fine.
