Dual PIII 700MHZ or Dual Celeron 566MHZ ( at 850MHZ ) ?

Hello,
I'll change my setup these days.
What's setup is better for a multitrack editing in
vegas:
DUAL PENTIUM III 700MHZ or a DUAL CELERON 566MHz (
Overclocked to 850MHz ). Both in Windows 2000

Does anyone tryed one of both configurations ??
What of them will give me a faster performance ??

i am afraid i dont know, but i was wondering what exactly is meant
by "overclocked."
