You author an absolutely regular Red Book CD and an absolutely regular DVD with the usual audio and video folders. Nothing else, because that's what each side is.
The company's licensing site is down, so no info on who can manufacture the disks for you.
I'm just researching options that involve a very specific need which is:
How can I build my audio/video project so that I define it as software in a copyright license.
In other words, I don’t want it to be considered a "movie" or "video".
This is because I have been having trouble with controlling unauthorized use of my products using DVD Video even with DVD ROM content added, it's not as protected as software-in certian areas.
Its partly a legal issue but I have a little control in how I author and register.
trying to determine if this would make it also a "phonorecord" threby adding extra rights.
or if using something like iShell, director or moviemaker would make it a software program
