DV Expo - SCVUG/SONY - Social Event

This is an important message from Jay Mitchell of the SCVUG regarding a sponsored Sony/SCVUG Social Event at the DV Expo West - being held in Los Angeles - December 7th -10th

I have been working hard for several months towards putting together a sponsored vegas users gettogether and social event. All signs are go for Wednesday - December 8th in a nearby Downtown L.A. Hotel.

The event will be open to SCVUG Members, Vegas Users, Video Editors and friends of Sony. It is very important that I get an estimate and headcount of those who would like to attend, ASAP!

DV Expo West is only a month away and it is very important that I provide a close guestimate of those who would like to attend the Sony/SCVUG Social Event.

The Budget for Room Accomodations, Food and Refresments has to be submiited, Right Now! If you are going and would like to be part of this fun event - then please respond with an rsvp.
