DV or HDV SDI Selection Box

We turned off the box that allows you to choose between DV and HDV capture, how do I restore the selection choice box?

I know how to turn on/off the external capture software in the video section of preferences but i would really like to get the choice box back.

Go into the internal preferences (press and hold SHIFT key and then click on Preferences). Select the Internal tab and at the bottom of the window enter "capture" for show only prefs containing. Under Ask about capture app, change it from FALSE to TRUE and you'll be set.

Thanks much. I looked for that switch for almost an hour before I gave up and finally had to ask for help.
