DV Print to Tape Size issues

I'm using VV 3.0 with an ATI Radeon and a Sony DV Camcorder. I've captured video from the camcorder, edited it, added titles, etc., all using the NTSC DV (720 x 480) template. However, when I print it back to tape, the output appears cropped in both height and width. Is this a setting in my Project, my Video card, or something else?

Many thanks in advance for any advice.

How are you capturing and printing? Are you using firewire or are you using the ATI card's analog in/out connections?

I am capturing using the Vegas Capture Utility (FireWire) then using the ATI's DV out to print to tape. When I use the ATI FilePlayer and go out through the composite outs on the Video Card to VCR, the Aspect Ratio is normal.

I'm not very impressed with ATI's file player and don't really trust it. Try using SonicFoundry's Video Capture/Print to Tape utility to print back to tape.

I've tried this and have not had any success...I get the black screen w/o anything printing to the tape.

It's not as though 'Print to Tape' from the timeline doesn't work...it's just that, when it gets to my camcorder, my project has mysteriously changed from a 720 x 480 to something smaller, like it gets squeezed in between VV and the Camcorder.
